Or you can also send an email to email@example.com with the following information: Name, check in, check out and amount of persons. If you want to make a reservation, we will send you information on how to secure the reservation. Please let us know where you are living (Mexico, Europe, US, Canada or elsewhere) so we can send the correct details. If you did not receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your reservation request, please check your spambox. We always try to respond in 24 hours.
Please read below information carefully about securing your reservation and our cancellation policy.
Secure the reservation
Half of the rent per bungalow deposit is due within seven days after confirmation by email.
a.Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund.
b.Cancellations made 30 – 15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50 % refund.
c.Cancellations 15 – 6 days prior to arrival will receive a 25 % refund.
d.Cancellations 5 days prior to arrival or less or no shows: No refunds.If this is during low season, we are willing to change the dates of your reservation.
Deposit in order to secure your reservation for Christmas and Eastern Holidays :
A 50% deposit of the total rent per bungalow is due within seven days after confirmation by email.
Cancellation Policy for Christmas and Eastern Holidays:
a.Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund.
b.Cancellations made 60 – 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50 % refund.
c.Cancellations 30 prior to arrival or less: No refunds.
If, during your stay here, you need to leave earlier than your reservation departure date, we require a 2 day notice. Your refund will be 50% of the remaining days unless there are unusual circumstances. Bad weather is not considered as unusual circumstance. But in case a tropical storm or hurricane makes your reservation impossible to respect, the refund will be 100%.
