SECURING A DIVE PACAKGE RESERVATION AND CANCELATION POLICY
If you book a dive package with us, we strongly recommend to our customers to purchase cancellation or travel insurance.
To secure the reservation
Deposit on Dive Packages: A $100.00 per person deposit is due within seven days after confirmation by email.
Full Payment for Dive Packages: The total tour cost is due 30 days prior to departure.
Diving Cancellation Policies:
a. we request a written statement of a doctor if a client wants to cancel the dive excursion due to sickness or other medical condition, in which case we will do everything possible to reschedule the without extra cost. If rescheduling is not possible within holiday’s timeframe, the client will receive a voucher for the missed dives. This voucher will be valid for 3 consecutive years.
b.we don’t consider cloudy or rainy weather as valid reasons for cancellation by client. The dive management follows strictly the recommendations of the harbor master on when to cancel a tour. In brief, cancellations due to bad weather or adverse conditions are made by the Dive management only.
c. other reasons. Cancellations by our dive management due to any reason will result in 100% refund.
Diving & Accommodation Cancellation Policies:
a.Cancellations for dive packages made 30 days or more prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund.
b.Cancellations for dive packages made 30 – 15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50 % refund.
c.Cancellations for dive packages 15 – 6 days prior to arrival will receive a 25 % refund.
d.Cancellations for dive packages 5 days prior to arrival or less, no shows or premature departures: No refunds.
If, during your stay here, you need to leave earlier than your reservation departure date, we require a 2 day notice. Your refund will be 50% of the remaining days unless there are unusual circumstances. Weather conditions are NOT considered as unusual circumstances
